Megan Bowen Bio
Megan Bowen (born May 16, 1989 in Illinois, United States) is a South Korea-based African-American YouTuber and actress, best known for her internet TV series Date in Paradise, a blind dating show in South Korea. She is also known for her YouTube channel ‘Chonunmigooksaram’, where she creates and shares contents related to Hallyu, a Korean Wave, and her family oriented vlogs on her eponymous YouTube channel.
Prior to finding fame, Megan worked as an elementary school teacher in South Korea. She began co-hosting the show ‘Living English’ along with Hyunwoo Sun, on EBSe in 2015. In the same year, Megan also appeared on the online reality series, ‘Blind Date Korea’. She holds promotions and fan-meeting events for K-Pop idol groups. She also appeared on episode 12 of ‘B CRUZE’ on ARIRANG TV, and in the ‘Megan's real Korea’ segment on KBS World TV.
She owns a cross-boarding commerce business, which sends Korean beauty products and fashion items to subscribers in Latin American and Anglo-Saxon countries. She has collaborated with fellow YouTuber Sharla in Japan.
