Michelle Rodriguez Bio
Michelle Rodriguez, born Mayte Michelle Rodriguez on July the 12th 1978 in Texas and is an American actress. Her career began strong with the independent film Girlfight and her role led her to be thrust into the limelight, next appearing as Letty in the blockbuster Fast and the Furious, a role she has reprised throughout the entire franchise.
Working in successful action films such as the Resident Evil franchise as Rain, James Cameron’s hit blockbuster, Avatar and S.W.A.T as Officer Chris Sanchez, the actress has had a successful television career thus far, and is best known for portraying Ava in the television series Lost to critical acclaim. A successful voice actor, Rodriguez has voiced Smurf Storm in the recent Smurfs: The Lost Village.
