Mötley Crüe Bio
Mötley Crüe is a metal group formed in Los Angeles, California, United States in 1981. The group members are Mick Mars, Nikki Sixx, Vince Neil, and Tommy Lee. Their style is hair metal, hard rock, heavy metal, pop-metal, and album rock. They are known for their crude antics and are one of the most successful bands of the hair metal era. Some of their song highlights are “Girls, Girls, Girls”, “Kickstart My Heart”, “Too Young to Fall in Love”, “Shout at the Devil”, “Looks That Kill”, “Home Sweet Home”, “Hell on High Heels”, “Too Fast for Love”, and many more. Mötley Crüe has 7 platinum and multi-platinum albums, 22 Top 40 rock hits, 6 Top 20 pop singles, 4 New York Times best-sellers, and a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. They have three Grammy Award Nominations (1989, 1990, and 2008) for Best Hard Rock Performances. They broke up the band in 2015 with a final performance on New Year's Eve.
