Nadine Velazquez Bio

Nadine E. Velázquez is an American actress born November 20, 1978, in Chicago, Illinois, United States. She is best known for her performances in the movie My Name Is Earl and The League. She’s also starred in films including War (2007), Flight (2012), and Snitch (2013), as well as being part of the cast on the TV show Major Crimes.

Velázquez has appeared in adverts, movies, shows, and her first acting role was a brief appearance in a McDonald's commercial. She was set to play Maricruz Delgado, Fernando Sucre’s fiancée, in the Fox TV series Prison Break. Instead, She played the character of Catalina Aruca in the NBC comedy My Name Is Earl.

Her first professional acting role came in the movie War, starring Jet Li and Jason Statham. She then appeared in the 2006 monologue performance Skirts & Flirts as one of the actors. For her performances, she was ranked #39 on the annual Maxim Hot 100 list in 2006.
