Nigel Ng Bio

Nigel Ng Kin-ju, popular as Nigel Ng and known for Uncle Roger, is a stand-up comedian, vlogger, and content creator born on March 15, 1991, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In 2015, he was a runner-up in the Laughing Horse New Act of the Year and a finalist in the Leicester Square New Comedian of the Year. The following year, he won the Amused Moose Laugh-Off and was a finalist in the Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year. 

Nigel made his TV debut in 2018 on Comedy Central's Stand Up Central. After which he appeared on Comedy Central’s Roast Battle, and BBC Two's Mock The Week. In 2019, he was nominated for the Best Newcomer Award for his stand-up comedy show at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. He has appeared on several tours and television programs.

Nigel has been featured on Variety, CNN, BBC, the Guardian, SBS (Korea), and South China Morning Post (Hong Kong). He is the creator of Uncle Roger, the HAIYAA podcast, and Fortune Cookies and East Mode with Nigel Ng. He is currently on The Haiyaa world tour across the UK, Europe, Asia Pacific, and North America. He hosts the comedy podcast Rice to Meet You with Evelyn Mok. His YouTube channel has over 6.08 million subscribers with more than 541,000,000 views.
