Phil Wang Bio
Phil Wang is a comedian born on 22nd January 1990 in Staffordshire, England. He is known for hosting the comedy podcast BudPod with Pierre Novellie. He was named the 2010 Chortle Student Comedian of the Year. He has also performed at different events, including the Melbourne International Comedy Festival and Edinburgh Festival Fringe. He went on to appear in numerous shows, including 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown”, “Insert Name Here,” and “Would I Lie To You?” “Unspun,” “Have I Got News for You,” and others.
Wang also participated in the roast comedy show “Roast Battle,” which was hosted by Jimmy Carr. In 2017, he made a guest appearance in the podcast series “Do the Right Thing.” The following year, he competed in the comedy panel game show “Taskmaster.” He also appeared in the series “Kevin McCloud's Rough Guide to the Future” in 2020. That same year, he appeared in the series “Have I Got News For You.”
