Pomplamoose Bio
Pomplamoose was founded by multi-instrumentalists/Stanford students Jack Conte and Nataly Dawn in California, 2008. They combine the quirky, jazz-tinged, songcraft of Regina Spektor and Frida Hyvönen with the open-road, indie pop anthems of fellow duos Mates of State through their music videos on YouTube. Their unadorned performances of both original songs and covers, have led them to amass a sizable fan base. The group has also provided music for Hyundai and Toyota’s television commercials, with the latter of the two featuring them personally. Pomplamoose favours digital music distribution for their music. Likewise, Pomplamoose, Tribute to Famous People, The Album You Bought at Our Show, 3 New Songs Woot!, and Christmas in Space are just a few of their albums and EPs available.
