Jacob "Jake" Anderson, better known by his stage name Prof, is an American rapper, songwriter, and singer who performs hip-hop music. He was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States, on April 29, 1984. Prof began his music career in 2000, and he released his debut studio project Absolutely in 2006. His discography includes the hit singles Bar Breaker, Squad Goals, Andre the Giant, Light Work, and the albums Project Gampo, King Gampo, and Powderhorn Suites.
