Ramona Singer (born November 18, 1956, in Rhinebeck, New York) is an American television personality, businesswoman, and author. She graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology with a BA and was the first female graduate of their four-year honor program.
Singer's career began in the fashion industry, where she worked at Macy's, Calvin Klein, and French Connection. In 1986, she started her own wholesale clothing business, RMS Fashions, Inc., and later co-founded True Faith Jewelry with her then-husband Mario Singer in 2005.
Singer is most recognized for her role in the Bravo reality television series "The Real Housewives of New York City," appearing from its inception in 2008 until 2021. She also participated in the first season of "The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip" and is set to appear in its fourth season in December 2023. Beyond television, Singer has launched several business ventures, including jewelry collections on HSN, a skincare line named Tru Renewal and later Ageless by Ramona, and a pinot grigio brand.
Her memoir, "Life on the Ramona Coaster," was published in 2015. As of 2018, she was renting out her Southampton mansion for $165,000 per month.
