Raquel & Miguel Bio
Raquel Janeiro and Miguel Mimoso, most renowned on Instagram as Explorerssaurus, are a Portuguese couple and lifestyle and travel content creators. The couple consider the world as their backyard. They are famous for traveling the world and documenting their experiences on Instagram.
Raquel & Miguel created their Instagram account in August of 2017 and have shared over 1000 inspiring photos documenting endless adventures on the picture sharing platform. Most of these pictures have been compiled into a book released by the couple and titled: As aventuras, dicas e segredos dos viajantes mais famosos do Instagram (The adventures, tips and secrets of the most famous travelers on Instagram). The book was published by Manuscrito in 2021.
The trips as a couple began when Raquel went to Valencia as an Erasmus student. Raquel and Miguel agreed to meet once a month and spend two to three days together getting to know a different city. They explored Valencia, Marrakech, Barcelona, Milan, Venice, Frankfurt, and Paris. Seven months after creating their Instagram account, one of the photos taken in New York went viral and grew the account by about 50 thousand followers.
