Richard Blais Bio

Richard Blais, an accomplished American chef, restaurant owner, and television personality, in addition to being an author, was born on February 19, 1972, in the town of Uniondale, New York, USA. As a result of his participation in the cooking reality show Top Chef, he has gained widespread recognition for the innovative ways in which he reinterprets classic American dishes. After coming in second place during the fourth season of Top Chef, Blais eventually went on to win the competition known as Top Chef: All-Stars, taking home the title of champion. Why Him? (2016) and Ouvre-moi ta porte (2011) are just a few of the films that he has produced and starred and are considered to be his most notable works.
