Roberta Flack is an American Singer, hailing from a largely musical and gospel based family, Flack has been working since 1968, and is known for her hit number one singles such as Killing Me Softly with His Song, The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face, and her two duets with Donny Hathaway, Where Is the Love and The Closer I Get to You.
With many accolades to her name, Flack is a member of the North Carolina Music Hall of Fame. She has almost twenty award nominations to her name and has won four Grammy Awards and one American Music Award. With almost twenty studio albums released this far, her last album was a compilation of her love hits.
