Rosanne Cash is an American country music singer-songwriter famed for her melodious voice and music that blends country sounds with pop accents. She was born to the legendary country music musician Johnny Cash on May 24, 1955, in Memphis, Tennessee, United States. While she wasn’t initially interested in this line of career, she found herself drawn to music after touring with her father in 1973. She recorded her self-titled debut album in 1978 followed up by her second album Right or Wrong in 1980 which was a massive success with three Top 25 singles. During the next decade, Cash received critical acclaim with multiple hit albums.
