Sally Phillips is an actress, TV presenter, writer, producer, and comedian born in Hong Kong, China, on May 10, 1970. Her acting debut was in the 1995 series Six Pairs of Pants. She is the director of Captain Dolly Productions, a broadcasting and media production company with Ronni Ancona.
Sally hosted the 19th FOCAL Awards. She is known for her roles in Miranda (Tilly), I'm Alan Partridge (Sophie), Parents (Jenny Pope), and Set the Thames on Fire (Colette). She made guest appearances on HBO's Veep as Minna Häkkinen. In addition, Sally portrayed the title role in the BBC Radio 4 comedy show Clare in the Community.
She was featured as Shazza in all three films of the Bridget Jones franchise. She co-created and wrote over 22 episodes of the sketch comedy show Smack the Pony. Her acting credits include Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, The Junkies, Boy Town, How to Please a Woman, Year of the Rabbit, and The Decoy Bride. Sally has appeared on QI, Loose Women, Lorraine, Jools and Jim's Joyride, and Rhod Gilbert's Growing Pains
