Sarah Brightman is a classically trained English singer, who began her career as a dancer. She originated the role of Christine in Broadway’s Phantom of the Opera, of which her performance on the Original London cast album became the biggest-selling cast album of all-time. Brightman has collaborated with Italian tenor, Andrea Bocelli, and released ‘Time to Say Goodbye,’ which became Germany’s best-selling single of all-time. She made her film debut in Repo! The Genetic Opera (2008), and appeared in First Night (2012). Brightman was appointed as the UNESCO Artist for Peace for her cross-cultural artistic contributions, as she’s sung in many languages, including English, Spanish, French, Italian, Latin, Chinese, Mandarin, Japanese, and Catalan, among others.
