SAYMYNAME Bio
Dayvid Lundie-Sherman, better known by his stage name Saymyname, is widely regarded as the genre's progenitor. His first major success in the music industry came in 2012, when he released a trap-influenced remix of the hardstyle superstar Showtek's song "F.T.S.". Saymyname’s songs, which are cited as the inspiration for the Hardtrap genre, were performed multiple times on various major festival stages around the world. Saymyname has found himself at the center of setlists by some of the most prominent DJs and producers in the dance music industry, such as Tiesto, Afrojack, David Guetta, Dillon Francis, Madeon, and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Jauz, W&W, DYRO, Borgeous, Showtek, NGHTMRE, and Diplo. Consequently, Saymyname, who stands at a towering 6'5 and is the undisputed champion and creator of Hardtrap, is the tallest player in the game.
