Sidharth Sriram is a Carnatic musician, music producer, playback singer, and songwriter born on May 19, 1990, in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. He has a degree in Music Production and Engineering from Berklee College of Music. As a playback singer, his debut and breakthrough track, Adiye, was released in 2013 for the Kadal soundtrack composed by A. R. Rahman.
In 2015, he won the Filmfare Award for Best Playback Singer for Ennodu Nee Irunthaal. He has been featured in the soundtracks of several Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Telugu films, including A. R. Rahman's 99 Songs and D. Imman's Teddy in 2021. He debuted as a producer in 2019 with Entropy, an Indian classical-infused contemporary R&B with hip-hop and modern pop elements.
In 2021, he worked with Karthik Kodakandla on the song Dooram Karigina from the film Jetty. Sid has appeared on Poikkal Kuthirai (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack), I (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack), Kohinoor, Pushpa - The Rise, Radhe Shyam, and Naanum Rowdy Dhaan (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack). He has won the Ananda Vikatan Cinema, Mirchi Music, and Zee Cine Awards.
