Son Heung-Min Bio

Son Heung-Min is a professional football player, who was born on July 8th, 1992, in the city of Chuncheon, South Korea. His father, Son Woong-jung, is a retired footballer. He plays the forward and wing position, and has performed for both Bayer Leverkusen and Tottenham Hotspur in the past. Between the years 2008 and 2009, he participated in 15 matches for the South Korean U17 team. In 2010, he was accepted onto the roster of the South Korean national team. Both he and Lee Chong-yong have played for the South Korean national team together. Moreover, he made his professional debut with Hamburger SV in 2010, and went on to score 20 goals in 73 outings for the club throughout the course of his career in the team.
