Stand Atlantic Bio
Stand Atlantic is a band from Sydney, Australia. The band was formed in 2012 and its members include Bonnie Fraser (vocals and guitar), Jonno Panichi (drums), Miki Rich (bass) and David Potter (guitar). The band gained fame in Australia after releasing their demo EPs “Catalyst” in 2013 and “A Place Apart” in 2015. The band changed its name in 2014 from “What it’s Worth” to its current name Stand Atlantic.
In 2017, the band became the first Australian band to sign with Rude Records. They announced the EP “Sidewinder” in September 2017. In the same year, they released the single “Mess I made.” The band was featured in the September issue of the British magazine Rock Sound. In October 2017, they went on European and UK tours in support of ROAM. It was also announced that the band would be performing at the Slam Dunk Festival in 2018.
