Swae Lee Bio
Born in 1993, Swae Lee (Khalif Malikibnsham Brown) is a rap artist from Inglewood, California. Swae Lee began as half of a rap duo called Rae Sremmurd with his brother, Slim Jxmmi (Aaquil Ibinshaman Brown). After finding success with their #1 hit “Black Beatles” Swea began performing on his own. Soon after, he also began collaborating with other artists such as Post Malone, with whom he recorded another #1 hit “Sunflower” which featured in the movie “Spider Man: Into The Spiderverse”, and which has been nominated for Record of the Year and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance at the 2020 Grammy Awards.
