Tichina Arnold Bio
Tichina Arnold is an American actress, born on June 28, 1969, in Queens, New York City. She is best known as Pamela James on FOX's sitcom Martin as well as Rochelle on Everybody Hates Chris. She has also played Tina Butler in CBS's The Neighborhood and has starred in Happily Divorced, Daytime Divas, Survivor's Remorse, and VH1's Daytime Divas.
On-screen, the Queens-born actress has appeared in Dance Flick, alongside Marlon Wayans and Shawn Wayans, and the comedy Big Momma's House with Martin Lawrence. Tichina has created a brand of headbands worn by Janet Jackson and Vivica A. Fox. She has also served on the advisory board for the National Parent Association (PTA). She also has a band named Know Pressure that plays regularly to packed audiences.
