David Tipper (who’s popularly known as Tipper) is a British music producer and DJ who was born in 1976 in Wimbledon, London, United Kingdom. He was born and raised in the UK. Tipper became entranced by the music scene when he was 16 by the influences of his older brother.
He later recorded and dropped his debut album The Critical Path in 2000 through the Higher Ground/Sony Label. The next year his sophomore effort Holding Pattern appeared leading to tours in Europe and America. He dropped the mix Tipper Presents Sound Off in 2001 via the Fuel label and two years later Surrounded appeared on Myutopia Recordings. He debuted on his own Tippermusic label in 2005 issuing The Seamless Unspeakable Something and Relish the Trough in 2006, Wobble Factor and Tertiary Noise in 2008 and Broke Soul Jamboree in 2010. He dropped two EPs Fathoms and It’s Like… in 2015 and Flunked EP appeared in 2017 becoming his highest charting release peaking at #15 on the Billboard Top Dance/Electronic Albums chart.
