Vanessa Angel Bio
Vanessa Madeline Angel is an English actress and model born on November 10, 1996 in London, United Kingdom. At 14, she was discovered by Eileen Ford, the renowned agent, which marked the start of her modelling career. They travelled the world and Vanessa got featured in high-profile magazines like Vogue and Cosmopolitan.
She transitioned into acting when she was drafted to play a Russian spy in Spies Like Us, the 1985 thriller. She joined the Actor’s Studio in New York in 1987 and studied with Frank Corsaro and Sondra Lee. Next, she starred in King of New York in 1990, Sleep With Me in 1994 and Kingpin in 1996. After a number of casts on other movies, she starred on the USA Network hit series Weird Science in 1994. A ton of other movies followed and she was also set to play the title role in 1995’s Xena: Warrior Princess. She fell ill and was replaced by Lucy Lawless.
Vanessa started a clothing line VANE la in LA in 2009.
