Varun Saranga (born March 1, 1990 in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada) is a TV Actor, best known for his recurring roles on television. In 2017, he began starring on the SyFy original series Wynonna Earp as Jeremy Chetri and the sitcom Workin' Moms as Chad.
Saranga became interested in acting and directing from a very young age. He debuted as an actor in the student films Nerdman and Small Fry. Both films were praised at the Toronto Youth Film Festival, especially for his performance. He landed his first major role playing the geeky but lovable AJ Mehta on the hit YTV show How to Be Indie.
In 2017, he guest starred on the sitcom Schitt's Creek as Gary. He subsequently appeared on the popular BBC thriller Orphan Black and starred alongside Jonas Chernick on the TV mini-series The Best Laid Plans. Soon after, he acted in Cartoon Network's Unnatural History, Showcase's Cra$h and Burn, ABC's Lucky 7, and CityTV's Young Drunk Punk alongside Kids in the Hall alum Bruce McCulloch.
