Weaves Bio
Weaves is an alternative band formed in Toronto, Ontario, Canada in 2013. The band is made of Morgan Waters, Jasmyn Burke, Zach Bines, and Spencer Cole. Waters and Burke started collaborating on their music and brought in other members of the group to form Weaves. They released “Hulahoop,” their first digital single in April 201a3. In July of the same year, they dropped another single Motorcycle followed by another track Take a Dip in September. In 2014, Weaves released a self-titled EP containing six tracks, including the three songs they released in 2013. The band release a full-length album Weaves in 2016, and the group also had the chance to perform at the SXSW festival. In 2017, the band decided to release another album Wide Open which contained 11 songs including Walkaway and Scream featuring Tanya Tagaq.
