Willie Cauley-Stein Bio
Willie Trill Cauley-Stein is an American professional basketball player who plays as a center in the NBA. He was born in Spearville, Kansas, United States, on August 18, 1993. Willie spent his formative years playing for Olathe Northwest Highschool and the University of Kentucky, and he turned professional in 2015 when he was selected by the Sacramento Kings in the first round of the NBA Draft. He has since represented the Golden State Warriors, Dallas Mavericks, and Philadelphia 76ers, and throughout his time in Philadelphia, Willie played alongside Joel Embiid, James Harden, Tyrese Maxey, Tobias Harris, and DeAndre Jordan. His career highlights include NBA All-Rookie Second Team, NABC Defensive Player of the Year, SEC Defensive Player of the Year, and First-team All-SEC.
