Jay Sean Bio
Kamaljit Singh Jhooti, also known for his professional name Jay Sean was born in London, England on March 26, 1981. He was studying medicine when his demo was noticed by a producer called Rishi Rich, who then helped him release “Dance with You (Nachna Tere Naal)”, which became a #12 hit on UK pop charts. Following the song’s release, he signed with Virgin Records. In 2004 they released an album which contained tracks like, “Eyes On You” and “Stolen.” His album sold over two million copies in India. In 2009 he released “Down”, featuring Lil Wayne. It became a number one hit in the US and a nuber 3 hit in the UK.
