Roc Marciano is an American rapper and producer, born as Rakeem Calief Myer on February 11, 1978, in Long Island, New York. He is known as a former U.N. founder and mostly for his self-produced 2010 full-length album Marcberg which earned him massive acclaim. He was briefly affiliated with Flipmode Squad in 1991. At the beginning of the 2000s, the rapper appeared on Busta's album Anarchy. Five years later, he contributed to the album Wu-Tang Meets the Indie Culture alongside The Wu-Tang Clan in 2005. Roc released his second album Marci Beaucoup in 2013, featuring collabs with rappers and producers like Q-Tip, the Alchemist, Ka, and Action Bronson. In 2017, he released his fourth album Rosebudd's Revenge, followed by three full-lengths in 2018, including RR2: The Bitter Dose. A brief collection of rarities titled The Prequel was released in 2019.
