Kenny and Keith Lucas, better known as The Lucas Brothers, are an American comedy, acting, producing, and filmmaking duo that consists of twin brothers Kenny Lucas and Keith Lucas. The Lucas Brothers were born in Newark, New Jersey, United States, on September 13, 1985. They both studied philosophy and law before they decided to focus on careers in comedy and entertainment in the early 2010s. They have appeared in the TV series Arrested Development, Lucas Bros. Moving Co., The Grinder, and the movie 22 Jump Street. The Lucas Brothers were writers on the biography film Judas and the Black Messiah which features Daniel Kaluuya, LaKeith Stanfield, Lil Rel Howery, and Dominique Fishback. For their work on Judas and the Black Messiah, they received an Oscar nomination for Best Original Screenplay.
